Seafood Soup
Mediterranean Fish Soup
Ingredients (serves 4):
2 packs of Fish Soup
500 g tomato puree
2 garlic cloves
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 glass dry white wine
Chili flakes (to taste)
Salt, pepper, and fresh parsley
Preparation:
In a large pot, sauté garlic with olive oil and chili.
