Argentina Prawn
Grilled Argentinean Prawns with Garlic and Lemon
Ingredients (serves 4):
12 Argentine prawns
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation:
Clean the prawns, keeping head and tail.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Marinate the prawns for 20 minutes.
Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
Serve hot with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
